Notice:
The Bally Slot Machine locking mechanism requires that the latch on the door itself engages the cabinet “fork”  (highlighted in 3rd picture) properly in order for the lock to work.
The door should fit flush against the cabinet before trying to turn the key.
If it does not,
you need to adjust the “fork” by prying it forward.
REMEMBER – First lift the door up and in  – then turn the lock.
If turning the key is difficult then adjust the door.
Failure to install and adjust properly can cause the key to dislodge from the lock,  preventing the key from re-inserting into the lock.   If this happens, you can file off one of the alignment nubs on one of the keys – then the key will insert and lock will work properly

NOTE:  If you have lost the keys to your machine - the keys with this lock will

work in your current lock - you will have to replace your old lock with this new lock and keys.
